HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Note: Even with our Instant Estimate, a final quote is always given when we arrive and inspect for unique qualities (stains, broken seals, etc.), double-check quantities, and verify job needs before starting any work. Construction debris (paint spray, sealant, etc.) removal from windows is an additional service. ​
WHAT DO I GET WITH MY WINDOW CLEANING SERVICE?
You have two main choices: Basic and Deluxe. Our basic window cleaning is considered a maintenance service as just the glass and screens receive focus. Windows frames, screen trays, and sills are all included in the deluxe package (highly recommended for your 1st cleaning). Plus, screens are deep cleaned then sealed, with our Deluxe service - we've found a waxy, slick feel still protecting screens 3+ years later, due to our high-quality screen sealant! You may choose exterior only or in & out for either window washing service. Whichever package you decide on your windows will be in good hands!

WHAT IF IT RAINS SOON AFTER YOU CLEAN MY WINDOWS?
This is where our Rain Guarantee comes in. If rain showers make spots, within three days of your window cleaning, we want to fix you back up.
Since rain is basically pure it should not, technically, cause spots on your clean glass. However, wind and other factors can make a mess of things.
Note: Please contact us within 72-hours of your service. Unless you received a Deluxe service, this does not include any glass panes behind screens.
DO YOU RE-SCHEDULE IF RAIN IS PREDICTED?
Most rain in the Pacific Northwest is not heavy enough to affect the cleaning process. We usually work if rain is in the forecast. If it becomes stormy (i.e., heavy rain or winds) then we may need to re-schedule.
WHAT IS PURE WATER TECHNOLOGY?
Pure water technology has revolutionized window cleaning. Many dangerous ladder moves are eliminated, as well as soap residue. The water goes up a pole, through a brush, and onto your window. Purified water, stripped of its natural minerals, has been called "hungry water" as it is apt to absorb dirt. Also, after filtering out impurities, your glass will dry spot-free. A scrub pad attachment takes care of stubborn debris. If you have newer windows that protect you from rain intrusion, you can take advantage of this superior method!
